The Role

Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring outstanding results.
Define project requirements and schedules during initial briefs.
Translate customer needs into innovative and practical design plans.
Set project costs and fees, adhering to budget constraints.
Research and source the best materials and products for projects.
Create sample boards and mood products to illustrate design concepts.
Supervise project progress to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with designers, architects, decorators, and constructors.
Stay updated on interior design trends, tools, and best practices.

Must-have

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in wood fabrication.
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar software.
Proven experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, or new construction projects).
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar software.
A strong portfolio showcasing layout, color schemes, lighting, and material selection.
Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a flair for innovative design.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong project management abilities.
Familiarity with Dolphin software (a plus).
