The Role
Help organizations in enhancing the data strategy and internal processes, evaluate existing data and analytics systems, and plan a better ‘BI roadmap’.
Establish a data-driven strategy by recommending the best way to organize, analyze, and present data.
Work closely with our clients, technology partners, and team to develop tech-forward solutions for our client’s unique business challenges. Typical projects focus on areas such as Data Strategy. … Application & Data Integration.
Power BI
Implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions utilizing the Microsoft BI stack – MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
Work with MS Cloud BI objects.
Create and Maintain Power BI reports (MDX queries and DAX Measures).
Build and Maintain SSAS Cubes and Tabular Models.
Create and maintain staging and Data warehouse objects, procedures, and Views using SQL.
Coach and mentor project team members.
Convert analyses into actionable recommendations to drive decisions (SQL and BI4Dynamics).
Review current architecture, optimize strategies, and work with the technical team to identify or predict key events for better decision-making. Constantly monitor processes, progress, and parameters, helping organizations to make the best use of data.
Review existing data flow and analytics systems.
Design, develop and execute new data analysis policies.
Create different visualization models to identify risks and opportunities in accordance with business context.
Work with multiple data sources and databases.
Build and verify new data models that aid decision-making.
Constantly analyze business performance and processes.
Train team members on data literacy as and when required.
Stay updated with the latest happenings in the data science space.
Assist teams with predictions, trends, and actions based on the data.
The Requirements
Degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering.
Minimum 5 years in developing programs, and analyzing data.
Extensive experience in Business Intelligence Tools and Software.
Experience in working with SQL server stack is a must.
Experience in ERP Systems (finance, stock, and payroll) and cycles is a must.
Win Forms, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Oracle Database, Databases, and Data Warehousing.
Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Power BI, Data visualization, Project Management, Tableau, Excel dashboard, MSSQL.
Agile PM, JIRA, Google Analytics, and MySQL are a plus.
Subject matter expert on SQL querying, DAX, and SSAS.
Presentation skills, analytical skills, project management, development approaches, and coaching.
