The Role
Implement and monitor social media strategy in order to optimize online presence, increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, increase sales and provide customer care services to new audiences.
Create consistent, eloquent content on all social media platforms to promote the company’s brands as well as act quickly and gracefully, provide customer care services to new audiences, and resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.
1-Build and execute social media strategy through competitive and audience research.
Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Create editorial calendars to target the right prospects and optimize the marketing content with the best keywords.
2-Set up and optimize company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of the beauty center.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Set up and optimize brands’ pages within each platform.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
The Requirements
BS Degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Media.
Certification.
Photoshop, Illustrator web development, CRO, and SEO.
Writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
