The Role

You will play a crucial role in expanding and maintaining our community of professional coaches. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and various departments to ensure the project’s success.

  • Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between the project and coaches. Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, including webinars and social media to foster community engagement.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage events and webinars to enhance coaches’ development.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and achieve sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (Zoho) to track interactions, manage leads, and enhance community engagement.
  • Public Relations: Build connections with potential collaborators and represent the projects at networking events to strengthen community ties and brand presence.

The Requirements

Must-have

  • At least 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, with a focus on community engagement.¬†
  • BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Creative and strategic in marketing and social media.
  • Strong foundation in business development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with a focus on AI and social media.
  • Fast learner with an eagerness to learn.
