Enterprise Architect

The Role

    • Establish processes for enterprise architecture developments and management
    • Support programs and projects in planning and controlling (particularly with regard to risk management), harmonizing, and change management ensuring architectural compliance
    • Consult and contributes to the development of the f architectural capabilities of the organization and the architecture management initiatives
    • Design and communicate enterprise architecture
    • Design interoperability and interfaces with other systems
    • Gather needs, analyze requirements
    • Transfer business, users, and technical needs into architectures
    • Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features
    • Prepares system documentation and provides presentations
    • Analyses organizational structures, information systems portfolios, and business processes, as well as the maturity of architecture
    • Conduct IS costs/benefits analysis.

The Requirements

  • Master’s degree in software development or in the architecture of software and solutions
  • Certification by TOGAF
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the IIBA or equivalent, or OMG-Certified UML Professional certificate at an advanced level or equivalent.
  • ITILv4 Certificate
  • Good knowledge of enterprise architecture, business process analysis, and software maturity models.
  • Minimum 8 years of IT-relevant professional experience
  • 3 years+ of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework implementation and business analysis
  • Experience as a key architect in the development of at least 2 software systems
  • Experience in systems architecting in the domain of the Lot and in designing in UML
  • Experience in designing enterprise-level software systems, and planning capacity and security of the systems.
  • Excellent technical knowledge about databases, application servers, communication middleware, web servers, GIS services, directory services, systems security on Microsoft platforms, business intelligence, concepts, systems integration, and Integrated Development Environments
  • Experience in software development methodologies, lifecycles, and artifacts like RUP, ISO12207, and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in using systems modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or others
  • Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment.

  • Minimum English Level: C1, must hold or be willing to take certification testing.
